First of all, in life as a Muslim there are Two loves which is the main pillar, namely the love for God Almighty and love for The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). Second – both are the greatest love that leads humanity toward Ultimate happiness.

Love for Allah SWT
All the blessings and mercy we have come from Allah. He is the One who gives life, provides sustenance, forgives sins, and is always close to His servants.
The Word of Allah, the Exalted:
“As for the believers, they are deeply in love with Allah.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:165)
Therefore, love for Allah is The most important love. It is demonstrated through obedience, gratitude for blessings, and avoiding His prohibitions.
Love for Allah SWT
Next, after Allah the Almighty, our love is directed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He is the Beloved of Allah, sent as a mercy to all the worlds. He (peace be upon him) loved his nation so much that even in the final moments of his life, he was still saying:
“My people, my people, my people…”
As a Muslim, loving the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) means following his Sunnah, adopting noble character like his, and increasing our recitation of salutations upon him. Indeed, he is the path that connects us to Allah the Almighty.
What is the greatest proof of love?
Did you know there is a way for us to show the greatest proof of love for Allah SWT and Rasulullah SAW:
- Praying at the correct time as a sign of obedience to Allah SWT.
- Give thanks and remember Allah SWT in every situation.
- Send blessings upon the Noble Messenger, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), with love.
- Practicing the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in our daily lives.

Finally, our love as a Muslim to God Almighty and His Excellency the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) is the greatest love that can educate the soul, soothe the heart, and guide us sinners to heaven. Therefore, if these two loves remain steadfast within us, God willing, our lives will be filled with blessings. Amen, O Lord of the Worlds.
